From your first consultation to your child’s successful arrival abroad, we’ve designed a four-step process to ensure a smooth departure for students—and complete peace of mind for parents.
01. Online Consultation & Application
Begin with a conversation.
Parents can submit a consultation request through our official website, WeChat account, or other StarPath platforms. You’ll be connected with a dedicated education advisor for a one-on-one consultation, which includes a preliminary assessment based on your child’s age, personality, academic background, and your family’s expectations.
Once your intent to join is confirmed, you may complete the application online to officially begin the process.
02. Interview & Student Assessment
Understanding each child, building a personalized path.
After registration, students will undergo professional evaluations covering language proficiency, academic readiness, and personality traits, followed by an online or in-person interview.
Our goal is to match each student with the most suitable school, host family, and mentoring resources. We look beyond current academic performance to explore each child’s long-term potential, helping parents gain a deeper and more scientific understanding of the study abroad journey.
03. Admission & Pre-Departure Training
A well-prepared launch into a new world.
Upon successful assessment, students will receive their official StarPath admission notice. We will then assist with all necessary preparations, including:
•Visa application
•Airport pickup arrangements
•School onboarding
•Host family placement
At the same time, both students and parents will begin a comprehensive pre-departure training program, which covers:
•U.S. education system and classroom expectations
•Host family etiquette and daily life basics
•Cross-cultural communication and mental adaptation
•Personal safety and emergency response skills
StarPath also provides a U.S. high school bridge course to help students get familiar with curriculum structure, assignments, and classroom participation before departure. Additional academic English training focuses on speaking, listening, and subject-specific language skills—laying a strong foundation for academic success abroad.
04. Departure: Embarking on a Journey of Growth

With everything in place, your child will board the flight to their new destination, carrying the support and best wishes of both family and the StarPath team. Living with a host family, learning in a U.S. high school, and growing with mentors and peers—they are about to embark on a life-changing journey.
